Pamper Essentials

A good pamper night is always needed, we all have those days when we are feeling down or feeling a little stressed. Finding the time to have a little bit of a pamper really helps to keep you feeling relaxed and worry free. I have a few products that I always use when ever I have a pamper night and I thought I would share with you some of my recommendations!!

Now that the weather is getting colder it means that we can have nice, warm, bubbly baths. One of my definite must haves is a bath bomb, I am a big fan of Lush products and their bath bombs are amazing!! When the Christmas range becomes available, it defiantly becomes my favourite time of year to buy products at Lush. My favourites are Candy Mountain and Magic Wand which both have very similar sweet smells and they both create lots of nice bubbles!!

As well as bath bombs, I like to use nice scented body washes and I always have to choose Soap and Glory products for this!! My current favourite pampering body wash is the Sugar Crush, it is made using freshly squeezed limes and so it has a very zesty smell, that will not be to everyone's liking. But what I like about this body wash it that it is really refreshing, it moisturise the skin nicely, it smells so sweet and is really foamy. Also from the Soap and Glory range I have the Hand Food which is so incredibly hydrating. My hands often get really dry and scaly looking, using the Hand Food helps to fix this problem quickly. It's important to keep your skin hydrated and so on a pamper evening you can take time to moisturise your skin. It's nice and relaxing to let moisturiser soak in to your skin whilst keeping busy by reading a magazine, which is another part of my essentials. Reading a magazine is always quite relaxing. It's a good opportunity to put your phone down for an hour or two and to focus on yourself.

My next pamper essentials are Lip products, I use these on a daily basis as well as a pamper evening. During the colder seasons of the year my lips get quite chapped. I like to use the Lush Lip Scrub which is a nice light exfoliator. Mine is in the flavour Bubble Gum which smells exactly like bubble gum and tastes so amazing!! That may sound a little strange that it tastes amazing but it's made so you can lick the scrub off your lips once you have exfoliated them. After using the scrub I like to use a hydrating lip balm and for that I have currently been using my Maybelline Baby Lips in Pink Punch. It is so hydrating and keeps my lips moisturised as well as giving them a slight pink tint.

Lastly in my pamper essentials is a nail varnish. I think on a paper evening it's important to make your self feel good, you want to try and forget about your bad day and painting your nails is a great distraction, it gets you to focused on your self which I personally think helps to lower my stress levels!! Also it's quite nice just to sit and listen to music whilst you do it. If you want to see what colours I have been wearing on my nails recently then you can check out my Autumn Nail Varnish post that I did.

That is all for my Pamper Essentials I hoped that you enjoyed reading through this!! Comment below if there is anything else that you like to do when you have a pamper night yourself!! Thank you for reading!! Bryony xx
