Hair Style Of The Day
Hello my lovelies today is just a quick little post to show you how I styled my hair today. I also wanted to make it like a tutorial so I have gone through several steps on how you can easily recreate it yourself!! I'm sure that you've probably seen this hairstyle before however I thought I would show you my way of doing it!! So if you would like to see how I did this then just keep reading!!
So the night before I had a shower and washed my hair with the Herbal Essences new 'Clearly Naked Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner' (I won't go into too much detail on these products because I will soon be reviewing them). Afterwards I let my hair naturally dry.
When I wake up in the morning I usually leave my hair as one of the last things I do before I have to leave, but I still allow myself fifteen minutes so I don't have to rush curling it. This hairstyle is so easy to do and only takes minutes that's why I leave it until last because it's so quick to do.
I start by clipping half of my hair up, for me personally it is easier to separate my hair in to two because it's quite long but if you re-create this you can do what ever suits you best (and as you can see from my photo it doesn't have to be neat, you just need to get it out of the way!!). To curl my hair I use either straighteners or a curling wand depending on the curls that I want. Today I chose to use my Babyliss Elegance Hair Straighteners.
I start by selecting a small piece of hair and straightening from the top downwards. When I get half way point, I start to twist my straighteners so that the hair wraps round them and then I pull down wards. This is a little complicated to explain but hopefully you can see what I mean from the photos. It's just simply straightening the top half of your hair and twisting the straighteners at the half way point down to the end. I repeat this process on each piece of hair selecting bigger and smaller pieces to vary the sizes. Then gradually my hair becomes curly!!
Once I have done that I like to use some texture or volume spray. I decided to use the Tony and Guy Casual Sea Salt Spray, it's really good and I enjoy using this a lot of the time because when my hair is curled it helps to add a bit more body and to hold the curls a little longer. I then play around with my hair, messing up the curls a little to get volume and to style it how I want. Once I am happy with it I will either add an acessorie or leave it as it is.

Quick Overview: Firstly straighten the top half then at the half way point twist the straighteners and pull downwards to the ends to form a curl. |
Today I decided to clip two pieces from the front too the back. If you want to re-create this then you could tie it up into a simple pony tail, leave it down, do half up - half down or you could even add a braid. Any style looks really nice with curls and it's so easy to achieve this look!! This was my final look...
And that's how I styled my hair today, I apologise for the bad quality of the photos on today's post, it's becoming harder to use natural day light as it gets darker earlier (I will try to use daylight next time!!). Thank you so much for reading, don't forget to come back soon!!Bryony xx

Thank you!! I usually just straighten mine because it's the easy option (and because I'm a little lazy) but this is so quick to do and it only takes me five minutes!!x
