The Fitness Regime Introduction
It's finally time to introduce a few new series to my blog and the first one that I can't wait to share with you all, is 'The Fitness Regime'. This is going to be a series based around fitness...if you can't already tell by the title!! I will be giving you lots of tips on ways to workout, healthy foods, workout clothing, my music playlists, workout beauty advice and lots of motivational quotes!! I am so excited to be starting this series and so far this year I have done quite well with keeping to my fitness schedule!! I am going to try and make this series as fun and enjoyable as possible, as before this year started I never really had much of an interest in fitness but since January I have been quite keen to learn more and to keep a healthy lifestyle.

If you are someone that has been putting of that workout that you say you'll get round to, pop back to my blog for the next few weeks to get inspired and ready to have fun whilst you workout!!
