The Miss Manga Punky Review

Whilst on a quick trip Boots I came across the new L'Oreal Paris Miss Manga Punky Mascara, after only recently trying the original Miss Manga and loving it, I thought why not try this one too!! The current introductory price of the mascara is £5.99 although the normal price will be around £8.99. Over the past week I have not stopped using the mascara and it is honestly becoming my favourite!!

 

The packing of this mascara is not only eye catching and photogenic but it does an amazing job at lengthening lashes, creating the big eyed and voluminous 'manga' look. Personally I don't have very long eyelashes and I am always looking for a mascara that will give me length and volume, as well as making them appear bigger. And after buying this mascara I think I've found the one that can do all three of these things!! As you can see the mascara brush is plastic which a lot of people have mixed opinions on, however it really helps to separate the lashes especially because the 'punky' edition has large spaces between the bristles. Also the bristles on the brush are especially spiked and the new formula of this edition helps to create the perfect long length.

 

 

The difference between the original Miss Manga and this edition is that the original has a 360 rotating wand however this wand only has slight flexibility, so it has no similar rotation. The spiked bristles comb easily through the lashes creating the full length look which an can easily go from day to night, whereas the original wand is big at one end then gradually gets smaller. In my opinion this mascara might become a new craze that I'm already loving and I can't wait to try more L'Oreal mascras!!
