What 2 Wear ~ Christmas Edition
Hello my lovelies!! Today's post is all about Fashion, I feel as though I haven't done a blog post on this in ages and so it's about time I did!! This is going to be apart of my new series, that is based on outfits you need to put together, for wear to certain events. As Christmas is quickly approaching lots of parties and work do's start popping up on your calendar. Then there are New Year's parties and so this series may come in useful. To start off I am going to be showing you some appropriate party outfits for this season!! I have found a selection of dress, sparkly tops and high heels suited for these upcoming events!! I hope that you enjoy!!
The Girls Night Out
This first outfit that I have put together is for that girly night out when you and all of your friends are going to a party or a Christmas meal. It is quite basic with a cropped cami top, a pleated skirt, strappy heals and clutch bag. The colours are quite metallic which is nicely elegant and the top has an eye catching geometric embellished pattern. The outfit is simple but stylish and easy to put together, you could always accessorise it even more by wearing a fur coat over the top.
The Work Do
Another event this season is the work do, each company does something different. It could be that your going for a meal, to a party or even a few drinks. This outfit is a little bit more casual but you could dress it up or down depending on your work do. Personally I would add a leather jacket for more of a casual look or a black blazer for more of a smart look. I chose this deep red, detailed embellished blouse and styled it with ripped jeans for more of a casual feel. For accessories I went with black glittery block heels and a box shaped bag.
The Family Party
Last but not least is the family party, we all have that one time of year where all of the family gets together. This is way more of a casual everyday look compared to the other two outfits however you can again dress it up or down depending on what you do with your family. I have chosen this green tartan skirt, with this high neck knitted jumper along with these super cute brown fur boots. I also chose this gold watch to accessorise but you could always add a beanie or nee high socks!! I think that this is a comfortable and cosy option, perfect for a family get together.
I hope that these looks have inspired you or gave you an idea of what you could wear to any up coming events in your calendar, thank you so much for reading and don't forget to pop back again soon!!
