The Gift Guide For Girls

Hello everyone, I'm back again with another festive post for you and if you can't already guess by the title, today is the first post of my Christmas gift guides!! I thought I would start off by giving you ideas on what you can buy your friends, sisters, moms, aunts, nans and grandmas. Most of these presents are under ten pounds which makes them all nice and affordable, also it means you don't have to worry about spending a whole lot of money!! The presents are a mixture of beauty, fashion and home décor items so that you can find something suitable for each person on your Christmas list!!And with out going on too much longer let's get straight into this festive little post...

This first present is a great little treat for any one that loves a little bit of pampering. It is the Baylis and Harding Apothecary Patchwork Gift set, it costs £8 and is available from BHS. The set is very nicely packaged in three stacked boxes, all in different pastel colours and pretty floral and polka dot patterns. The gift set contains a Shower and Body Creme, Body Polish, Body Wash, Hand & Body Lotion, Bath Soak Crystals and a Body Polisher. I think that this is a really good value for money product, it contains a lot of nice luxurious body products that I'm sure any girl would love to have, it is also super pretty and a great gift for Christmas.

Moving on to present number two, which is a little more suitable for your fashionista/fragrance loving friend!! The present is pretty simple to put together, firstly I brought this bag from Primark because I know that my friend loves to accessorise her outfits with little cute bags, this is just a small textured burgundy bag with silver studs around the side with a long strap. I then choose a few little pieces to put inside, to fill the bag up. The friend that I have chosen this for loves to burn a lot of candles so I picked up a Christmas scented Yankee Candle in Merry Marshmallow and then a cute little set of five unique candle scents which I got whilst I was on holiday. Next I chose some false nails from Primark to match the colour of the bag, along with a Primark purse with my friends initial and then a cute little packet of scented hand wipes. All of these products totalled to £10 but you can personalize a gift like this by buying bits and bobs that your friend or family member will like!!

Present number three is really cute, however you could give it to someone as a little present or you could put it into a stocking. This is a Radley Doodle Dog Fold Away Tote Bag, it is a great present for your friend or family member that is a bit of a shopaholic or just simply likes to keep things organized. I personally think this is a great gift for moms, aunts or grandmas. It's lightweight and compact so saves a lot of room in your handbag. It is available here and costs £16 which may seem a little pricey for a fold away bag but it is from Radley which is a very popular designer bag company, also a lot of places have current sales and discounts which means you save a little bit of money!!
Again present number four can be either one cute little gift or a stocking filler. This is a really nice brand called 'Green Treat' they sell different pattern socks in trios, I brought this one from TKMaxx and they had a really good selection and for £6.99 this is a great little gift. I find that you can never have to many cute socks and Christmas is a great time to gift them!!

One of my favourite presents has got to be this Glass Jar. This is a great idea for anyone that loves little random bits and bobs, you can really personalise gifts like this and make them really special. This would be a good idea for aunties or moms as you could put little pamper treats inside. I brought the Glass Jar from Matalan for £5 (similar here), it comes wrapped in a cute knitted sleeve with a felt heart sewn on, I really like this because the jar can be used for candles and is a great little home décor item. I also like the fact that the jar has a handle and that it is quite big so you can fit a few nice items inside. For my friend I decided to buy her four sachets of hot chocolate, a Christmas Yankee Candle and some lip products. I also put some red tissue paper at the bottom so that the items are more visible when she opens the gift. I haven't quite filled this yet but I will defiantly be adding some more cute and pretty products!!

Moving on to the next present which is great for any Grandma or Nan. It is a 2015 wall calendar that I brought from TKMaxx for £3.99 it has these really elegant and pretty designs of women in fancy gowns. I'm sure that any grandma or nan would be happy will a little lovely gift like this!!

As well as a wall calendar, hand diary's also make very cute presents. I have a little West Highland White Terrier (or Westie for short) called Dottie, she is one years old and so adorable!! Anyway my family just really like these dogs and so this little puppy is such cute diary cover. I think that this is good for moms, especially because they often have very busy schedules and so this is a little help in hand to keep them organised. This cost just £1.99 from my local card shop and there are such a wide range of pretty different patterns and they are a really inexpensive gift.

This next present is defiantly one of my favourites as you can never really go wrong with Soap and Glory gifts!! I have brought this for one of my friends, I know that she is a big fan of this brand and so this seemed like the right set for her!! The name of the set is 'All The Right Smoothes' as it contains a selection of three travel size Soap and Glory body butters. The body butters that the set are The Righteous Body Butter, The Butter Yourself and Sugar Crush, it costs £8 from Boots. It is such a nice quality set, for an inexpensive price that any girl would be happy to receive!!

So these next two are little stocking stuffers that I have brought, you can buy any type of chocolate or candy and basically just put it in a stocking. My parents both love walnut whip so I decided to do them a combined stocking full of things that they both love!! They also like Ferrero Rocher so I brought some of these to hang on the tree on Christmas eve, as a little pre-present for both of them. I only spent a few pounds on little treats and I got the Walnut Whips from poundland the Ferrero Rocher in Debenhams sale for £2!!

Last but not least a little treat for those travelling ladies in your life!! This is such a cute Bailys and Harding Skin Spa set that is really inexpensive and a great little treat for any aunties, friends, cousin that may do a lot of travelling. If you know anyone that has a job that involves staying in hotels or going abroad then this Baylis and Harding set is perfect for them. It contains a shower body cleanser, a silky hand and body lotion, as well as a steam cream wash. The best thing about this set is that it comes in a clear make-up bag that is useful for travelling, as well as the products being 100ml and under which is the allowance for taking liquid toiletries in hand luggage. For £6 this is such a great bargain and so great for any one that is a busy traveller!
