A Bit Of 'Brow Drama'
Lately I've been trying mixing up my eyebrow routine, I have slipped in to a bad habit of neglecting my eyebrows when it comes to spending time in the morning on actually making them look half decent. On most days I find myself rushing for time, so it's always a case of a quick swipe of powder to add a bit colour but thanks to this handy little product my brows are looking a lot better!!
Firstly the brush, as you can see from the picture below it's quite an odd shape. I find that the brush sweeps nicely through my brows, covering them with the right amount of product, this is probably because the brush is wide in the centre but slightly tapered and smaller on the edges. One slightly annoying problem with this wand is that when you remove it from the tube, it often has a lot of excess product clumped together, which can easily be wiped on to the edges of the tube but is often a waste of product...and no one wants to waste product!! I defiantly prefer the transparent tube rather than the coloured options because I find that if I was to make a mistake when applying it to my brows, it isn't as noticeable as a coloured tube would be.
The formula of the product isn't my favourite, however most of the time it isn't too bad to apply as it is considerably an average gel formula. When I first starting using it I found it to be rather thick but now when using it I find that it is a nice texture that gives a nice natural, shaped look. The overall finish is quite simple as it keeps my brows in place all day and pairs nicely with powders, waxes or pencils. For a drugstore product I would say that this is great quality and for £4.99 it's worth the buy!! What are your favourite brow products? I'd love to know!! Thanks for reading!!
